Out with my Dad

Mum and Dad are up visiting and Dad and I spent a day out on the bikes around Loch Lyon. Couldn't have asked for a better day.

Another great course

Brilliant couple of days directing a 'White Water Kayak Leader' course. Good water levels, sunshine and a new section of river. Happy days!

Open Canoe Leader Training

Just finished directing a 3 day 'Open Canoe Leader' Training. Winter was in full swing on day one providing heavy snow and some strong winds, with the other two days even showing a small amount of sunshine. 3 very enthusiastic candidates battled the weather and went away with feedback and actions points to prepare them for assessment in the future.

Quick blast

Last week Grant and I had a blast down the Brann before work. Once again it was bitterly cold and snow and a fresh snow fall from the night before, but the sun came out and made it pretty special.

 Coming over the hill road was pretty exciting!
