Scottish Canoe Symposium

Brilliant weekend coaching at the 'Scottish Canoe Symposium'. A day on the River Spey looking at journeying skills on Saturday, followed by 2 half day poling sessions on Sunday.

Slowing down

Well kind of! As autumn fast approaches the season takes different direction. Less of the day sessions and more expeditions and directing NGB courses.
