Coasteering Pirates

Back at the start of November I ran a coasteering session for the Cornish Pirates Rugby Team. The event was inspired by their coach who wanted other ways to train and build absolute team work. Was coverage by ITV but I cant find the link and the photos are from the local paper. It was a very big day in coasteering terms with very big swell and lots of nervous big rugby players!!!!!!

A Carphone Warehouse Day Out

On Thursday a group of lads from Carphone Warehouse took part on a team building kayak session on Llyn Padarn in Llanberis, North Wales.

A little bit of Scottish

I have been up to Scotland for a few days to catch up with some old friends and get wet.
After 5 months without any river action what better way to throw myself back in than a blast down the Bran gorge or the ' Mad Mile'
http://www.ukriversguidebook.co.uk/scotlandcentralhighlands/braan.htm
Followed by some big water action on the Nith.

Back in the Ardeche.

Helen and I have just returned from a well earned rest in the South of France in the Ardeche.
It was really nice to be back in my old office inside the Ardeche Gorge, it is still as beautiful as I remember. I also managed to catch up with some old friends and new baby. A week of canoeing and coffee drinking in glorious sunshine, what a way to end the summer.

Coasteering like the old times

This week two friends Kelly and Dave came to visit, do lots of climbing and some old school coasteering. Back in the day kelly and I have done some awesome coasteering and pushed each other to the limit! During our session Kelly said that she wasn't as brave since I left North Wales.............. I'll let the photos do the talking! Oh and Helen took her first dip in to the world of coasteering.

What's been going on?

I hope everybody's summer has been as sunny as it has down here! Work has been pretty mental as we approach the bank holiday we can only expect the British holiday makers to have one more last weekend on the beach............... In the rain.
